Bug when kicked from WB

repro : Join a warband. Join a scenario. Warband kicks you because you weren't around. Leave scenario. Squared still thinks you're in warband and has the full WB squared display up.

- State changed from “new” to “declined”
This is a bug with the game client itself and the data it provides, not Squared.

Aside from joining/creating another warband, I don't believe so... not sure if a UI reload would fix it or not.
