plugin panel for infobar mods

A feature that would be nice for Squared is a module for Waaaghbar (Continue). Tome Titan is a good example of this module. It is a small icon which would have the same features as the little toggle ball, plus a third option that would hide/show the default icon. I took a screenshot in case my description made no sense, it's attached.
