Clicking on players with funky names

Targetting people with high-ascii in there name doesn't work as of patch 1.2
Clicking on player with name 'Playër' gives an error along the lines of Cannot target player with name Playðr.

- State changed from “new” to “declined”
That's not something I can fix in Squared's code, sorry.

(To elaborate a little, I basically pass the name I receive from the client for the player info almost directly back to the client for the targeting setup, thus if it's not working in 1.2, chances are something in the client's own targeting-by-name code got glitched.)
