Consolodating some Texture option ideas here:

1) Setting an overally Alpha on each Texture used. (Would allow a lot of various effects, including being able to keep the overall Alpha high, be drop the BG Texture way down, or keep the FG low, BG high to create a kind of metered look, while the overall Alpha lowered a bit so it doesn't obscure as much vision, etc.) 2) A "Cut" Texture Scaling Option (I think that's the right term.) mainly desired because I'm presently using non-squares and they don't fill quite the same way a square does. But it's valid even for the curved "bar" textures in the SharedLib. 3) A non-active texture, which could be set essentially as a Frame. (Set it's position in relation to each players Square/Bar and then "Background" or "Overlay" in terms of if it's drawn behind or on top of the active FG/BG textures.) 4) Portraits! Sorry but I really kinda like being able to have fancy graphics as options and the idea of being able to turn those on and set their position ala the Career Icons... well, it'd look really cool to have Portraits sized and alphaed down in the center of squares that change colors and fill over then or even the just sit next to or above Bars, etc.
